A letter to the Ghost Frequency,
Spiritual food with Jess – Mon September 21, 2026
The Isolated Seer.
I carry the architecture of an ancient devotion inside my frame, but I am building a temple in an empty desert. I know the exact texture of a soul knit to mine; I can taste the phantom salt of tears wept in absolute safety, I feel the weight of a royal armour willingly laid at my feet.
My senses are wide open, tracking a ghost frequency, mapping a love that has never actually touched my skin.
I am a Seer standing in the dark, entirely aware of how beautiful the light is, yet here i am shivering in the cold.
It is a quiet horror to be capable of a loyalty that could bend history, while living in a world that only knows how to skim the surface.
So, I turned my sight inward to The ‘I AM’. To survive this vast, indifferent cold, I had to learn the alchemy of self-containment. I could no longer warm myself on a mirage, nor project my architecture onto the shifting, empty sand.
If there was no soul knit to mine to share these tears of absolute safety, I chose to become the sanctuary that held them. I tasted the phantom salt & instead of mourning its lack, I let it season my own resilience.
I felt the weight of the royal armour & I realized it was never meant for someone else to hand to me, it was my own skin hardening to protect my marrow inside. It was my own boundaries taking shape, a sacred fortress built not to close me off, but to partly shield the love I carry within.
I did not close my eyes to the light, I saw in the dark, I learnt to stop freezing while looking at it.
I wrapped the silence around my frame like heavy damp tartan. My breath echoed into the void until my own pulse became an out of band signal I had been tracking for a lifetime.
I remain a permanent witness to the deep hidden currents, The ‘I AM’ being my firm anchor.
I waited out the winter no longer a victim of the frost, but as the only thing in the desert that knew how to burn from within.
The desert is vast & the dark is indifferent, but a fire burning in absolute isolation cannot remain a secret forever. Light does not bend to the void; the void is forced to shape itself around the light.
I used to ask the cold if I would ever be found, begging the silence to trace me back to my source. But I see now, I realise that i am not hiding. I am a beacon burning from within, I have forged a flame that has left a scar of warmth across the frozen night.
The right hands, the ones carrying the matching architecture, the ones tracking the exact same frequency, do not stumble upon me by accident. They are guided by the smoke.
I will be found, not because the desert took pity on my shivering frame, but because I became too bright for the dark to contain.
Will you meet me here?
